What do I do if I need to reschedule a lesson?

If you need to reschedule a lesson that you've already booked in, you simply change the time and/or date of your lesson in your instructor's interactive diary. Once you've done this, you should get in contact with your instructor as soon as possible using the in-app messenger.

If you reschedule your lesson over 48 hours before your lesson starts, you won't be charged an additional fee.

However, if you choose to reschedule less than 48 hours before the lesson begins, your request will be treated as a cancellation — you'll be charged the full amount for your lesson.
